So now onto the numbers:
Weight on June 23, 2009: 165.8
Challenge Starting Weight: 141.6
Today's Weight: 141.0
Change This Week: down .6
Change for Shrinkvivor Challenge: down .6
Total Pounds Gone: 24.8
I'm down but definitely not as much as I thought I would be. I did amazing on mileage last week. Between Monday and Sunday, I ran 17 and walked 4 miles! I also drank an obscene amount of water (between 80 and 120 oz each day except Sunday-fail) and ate very well. As my friend Karena said, "the scale is fickle". Sometimes it's going to be nice to us and sometimes we are going to want to chuck it out the window. At least I had a loss. I should be happy about that.
Congrats on the loss!
ReplyDeleteGreat job Bari....that is a lot of miles you got this week! High five!
ReplyDeleteI'm right there with you this week! You did an awesome job this week!
ReplyDeleteGreat job on the mileage and the loss!
ReplyDeleteGreat Job!! A loss is a loss...and with the running, your inches could be down more than the numbers on the scale. Don't get discouraged...you have done amazingly well!
ReplyDeleteGerrie-you are right about inches. I'm back down to my old weight-watcher's goal weight, but I'm a full size smaller than I was when I weighed this amount (and even a few pounds less) several years ago. Nonscale victories are good too!
ReplyDeleteyou killed the mileage and water challenges. :) great job!!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the weight loss, mileage and water! You are a machine.
ReplyDeleteYou rocked the challenges and you didn't gain so it's definitely a WIN!!!
ReplyDeletePS: And don't forget how AWESOME you look in your skinny jeans with your normal BMI. :o)
You're eating enough with those long runs, right!? :)
ReplyDeleteYou rocked the challenges. The way I see it is any loss is a good loss.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you'll see big numbers this week Bari! I miss being on a team with you!
ReplyDeleteWhoohoo! You really knocked it out of the part with your miles! WTG!

Good lord, look at you go! Great job on your miles! And with the loss!
ReplyDeleteGreat job Bari! Amazing miles and what a great point about the scale. Isn't it so fickle sometimes!?!?
ReplyDeleteAwesome... I am LOVING this challenge. It's my first one with Shrinking Jeans and I am loving reading all the blogs too! I actually blogged my weight (AHAHAHAH) and a photo of my scale. SCARY!

ReplyDeleteHey, a lost is a lost right? Good job!
ReplyDeleteNow, can you tell me, have you seen a difference when drinking a ton of water? I keep meaning to, but...!
